Mistakes, Irregularities, Illegal Votes, Fraud & Crooked Voting Machines?

Introduction:
As I wrote a couple of weeks ago, the post-election fight has traveled down three paths: Legal challenges relating to election law, claims of fraud and allegations of crooked voting machines.
You can look at my December 16th post below to see I highlighted the strongest of legal challenges relating to election law violations, how the courts have done nothing about it and how this has weaken election integrity.
Mistakes, Irregularities, Illegal Votes & Fraud:
Second, let’s address the claims of voter fraud. If there was a coordinated or one-off or two-off plans to commit fraud, the proof would be uncovered by examining the mail in ballots, the outside envelopes, the time stamps and postmarks, voting machines and associated paper ballots, computer logs and questioning the workers. That was not done because the courts did not allow it, the state officials stone-walled against it, the DOJ and state agencies never investigated it, so Team Trump did not have access to that information. We used to have a media and at one time ours was a country in pursuit of truth, but now half the country doesn’t care because their guy won.
In 2016 when the left was saying there was Trump-Russian election collusion, I said there wasn’t any evidence of it, because if there was, it would have leaked out early on. However, I said investigate it. And it was investigated thoroughly by the press, DOJ and Congress. Unfortunately, that has not happened in 2020 as gaping questions hang over this election.
Investigation Needed:
There is enough evidence of mistakes, irregularities in the voting process, illegal votes and fraud in terms of: dead people voting, out of state-ers voting, people voting twice, ineligible felons voting, people requesting ballots and voting and then signing affidavits they had done neither, ballots voted but are shown to never have been received by the county, ballots voted before records show the ballots were received back, ballots were voted the same day they were mailed out, vacant addresses listed as residents, non-residential addresses listed as residential, non-registered people voting, non-citizens voting, naked ballots with no outside envelopes, etc. All this together warrants an independent investigation because it adds up to more votes than the Biden margin in key swing states and this puts the election into question.
Plus there are plenty of eyewitness accounts of irregularities, illegal activity and suspicious/ fraudulent voting. From not allowing and kicking out Republican observers, to bullying board certification members, to backdating ballots, to ballots being dropped off after the deadline and in the middle of the night, to pristine ballots with no fold, to election workers illegally filling in missing information on ballots and applications. An unprecedented number of witnesses have come forward in this election signing hundreds of affidavits under oath.
Data Tendency:
Additionally, the overall tendency of the data does not point to a Biden victory, and this begs the question for a broad and independent investigation.
For instance how Republicans won 25 to 26 toss-up US House seats, Republicans picked up 11 seats in the US House; no incumbents in the House lost; Trump won 18 of 19 bellwether counties; Biden won 447 counties (a record low) and Trump 2,497 counties; Republicans picked up a governorship; 3 state legislatures; I think about 140 state house seats and like 75 state senate seats; he won the bellwether states of OH, FL and IA; no incumbent ever lost who got more votes in re-election; exit polls show Trump did better with Hispanics, blacks, Jews and union households; the 95,000 in GA who only voted for Biden but no Senate candidate with two hotly contested Senate races, but only 7,000 voted for Trump and no Senate candidate in GA; in MI Biden got 70,000 more votes than the Senate candidate (another 50-50 race), but Trump only 7,000 more votes; Overall Trump had 1.5 million more votes than House Republicans, Biden 5.5 million more; in PA Biden's 30 percent absentee pickup, and 20 percent in MI, when the average absentee pickup was between 5 and 10 percent; the mysterious large batches and extremely high Biden/ Trump ratio data dumps after voting was restarted in the middle of the night in the swing states; how Biden supposedly got 15 million votes than Obama and draws 40 to 50 people to a rally.
None of this is proof of fraud because it was never confirmed by independent investigators because no one was allowed to examine the ballots, outside envelopes, time stamps/ post marks, computer logs, voting machines or question workers. Taken in total, all this warrants an independent and broad investigation, and I would have to be a fool to accept Biden won without question as the media and those in the ruling class are saying I should.
Again, to get to the bottom of this all we need an independent and broad election investigation(s) by the law enforcement in the states, the DOJ, an election commission and/ or Congress.
Voting Machines:
The weakest claim of the three, I think is Sidney Powell’s allegations of manipulated and crooked voting machines. Powell explained how the Dominion voting machines and software could be used to shave votes, illegally adjudicate votes and the voting machines have enough holes in them so hackers can easily break into the system and flip votes. Powell asks a good questions when she say, why the heck does the software allow for all of that?
Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG) did get the opportunity to examine 22 voting machines in Antrium County, Michigan. I suggest you read their twenty-some-odd page report. Their conclusion was the Dominion voting system allows users to create a very high incidence of ballot errors, the ballots are then transferred to adjudication, leading to singular and/ or bulk adjudication (picking who gets the vote and who doesn’t) with no oversight nor transparency. ASOG found that a whopping 68% of the ballots were adjudicated in Antrium County.
Translation: people vote, their paper ballot is fed into the scanner to be tallied, and 68% were kicked out as unreadable and were put into adjudication. There an operator who was not observed, looked at each ballot and determined who the vote was for. The operator then selected Biden or Trump and added it to the tally. Who knows if the operators flipped votes or not? As mentioned above, the software allows for bulk adjudication – give them all to Biden?
Antrium County is where the 6,000 vote flip from Trump to Biden occurred. ASOG argues it was on purpose, the county got caught and then officials said it was just human error. Who knows without an independent investigation?
When ASOG went seeking answers, the adjudication logs on computers were missing. Yet the adjudication logs were on the machines for previous elections. Additionally all the security logs (who logged in, from where, etc.) prior to Nov 4 at 11:03 were missing. This means all the security logs of Election Day and that night’s tabulation are gone.
Kind of reminds me of the 18 minutes of erased Nixon tapes.
When ASOG examined down ballot elections, in three races the Nov 3 software gave one tally, but the Nov 6 software update gave a different tally. Good grief. And why are they updating software just after the election?
Additionally, there is thorough statistical analysis that Dominion voting systems showed a normalized skew for Biden nationwide.
This is not proof of manipulation using the voting machines – which is the claim Sidney Powell has made, but it warrants an investigation of all the voting machines, their logs and software. This has been requested by Team Trump and others, but the courts, election departments and even government officials have stopped this. Again, we used to be a country of “let’s get to the bottom of this”, but no more.
Result 1:
The first result of the inaction by the courts, DOJ, state agencies and Congress on the election investigation front is there will be more and more anything goes “laws”, “rules” and activity when it comes to elections. It is going to be less about the candidates and the issues they run on, and more about which candidate/ party can best manipulate and work the loose and growing looser election system in order to get elected.
Our election system is yet another fundamental institution that is crumbling beneath our feet as Democrat leaders aim to get a lock on the national level and force a new national order down on the rest of us.
Result 2:
That leads to the second result, which is much broader in scope.
With the DOJ, the states nor the Congress stepping forward to investigate this election, the result will be half the country will see Joe Biden has an illegitimate President.
Because of how poorly these Senate elections have been run in Georgia, there will be similar questions surrounding the January 5 senate race. If the Democrats win both races, half the country will see the Democrat majority in the senate as illegitimate.
As has been discussed in Washington, the Democrat leadership may then try to stack the Supreme Court (add 6 justices) to get control of that third branch of government. If they are successful, half the country will see the Court as illegitimate.
You can see where this could lead – a high percentage of Americans who believe we have an illegitimate President, Congress and Supreme Court. So then when the President issues executive orders, half the people and some states will say, you are illegitimate, we aren’t going to follow your orders. When the Congress passes a law, some will say, you are not legitimate, we aren’t going to follow your new laws. When the Supreme Court issues a ruling that is left of center, some people and states will say, no, it doesn’t apply here. You are not legitimate.
I've been writing for 10 years now we are in an economic, moral, social, political and spiritual decline. It started as a broad slide, but now is accelerating downward. This is how I believe the political decline will unfold and accelerate to the downside.
We need to stop right now, and have an independent and broad investigation of the 2020 election and our election process in general – it has been bent way out of shape in some states. If not, I think this will be our future -- a true constitutional crisis pitting the federal government against the states.
